If you are not satisfied with UnionWork(TM) CaseFlow for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@unionworkcaseflow.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process it within 5 business days.
Additional seat licenses are billed annually at $15/seat/year. Seat licenses are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, seat license fees are non-refundable but the seat remains active through the annual term.
If the Service experiences an unplanned outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours that is directly attributable to our infrastructure (not to third-party providers like Supabase, Stripe, or your AI provider), we will credit your account one free month of service. This credit is the sole remedy for service availability issues.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of violation of our Terms of Service, including account suspension due to misuse or abuse of the platform.
